Guests Minimum Requirements All guests should be a minimum of 60lbs in weight and at least 6yrs in age. Supervision & Staffing Supervision is provided on a five to one guest staff ratio. Overnight supervision varies based on the group mix. Guests with the need of closer supervision or care may require additional staffing. An additional charge may apply to support the individual in this event. Overnight rooming is based on a double or quad occupancy rate depending on group mix. Single occupancy may be available for an additional charge and must be arranged prior to the event. Registration/Deposits/Payments To register call for availability. Registration and deposits are required in advance to ensure placement. If you are using a respite voucher for payment any balance not covered will be your responsibility and must be paid prior to be departure. Deposit checks for those using respite vouchers will be returned at the time of departure. Refund Policy Only written cancellations will be accepted. In order to receive a refund cancellation must be made 2 weeks in advance. In the event a specific event is canceled a comparable event will be provided. Arrivals/ Returns /Late Procedures Pick up and drop off points are as follows Point A: Opportunity Village 451 E. Lake Mead Drive, Henderson, NV 89015. Point B: Opportunity Village 5825 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Point C: Albertsons Parking Lot 7075 W. Ann Rd N. Las Vegas, NV 89130. It is the responsibility of the guest to arrive 10 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals may join the trip anytime providing your own transportation. There is no refund or credit if you if you miss your pick up. Parents and caregivers must be prompt for pick up. Transportation to guests place of residence is not available. Late pick-ups may require alternative transportation ie, taxi to be arranged at the expense of the guest.
